Participation in Self-Selected Exercise and Quality of Life Among Adults Living With a Disability: A Mixed-Methods Design

Abstract Date Presented 03/31/2022 Individuals with a disability perceive participation in meaningful form of exercise to positively contribute their quality life (QoL) and mental physical health. Despite these perceptions, individuals scored lower than the general population areas, highlighting QoL health disparity gap. Exploring promoting independence is an opportunity improve for clients disability.
